Last weekend I tweeted from a day at Lacock “Adorable lambs in a field. Cannot understand how people can eat them.” Here is the photograph of the lambs, which inspired my tweet, and of a few of their animal friends that you should also not eat.

This double garage stands next to a farm not far from my home. Its doors open onto a grassy area. The owner seems to have forgotten to commission the construction of a drive.

I discovered this couple during a day out in Salisbury. They were so young, so innocent, so full of anticipation and hope. I felt like an intruder and walked away – and did not wait for their first kiss.
