A portfolio for two life models

Life model Tom So and his new modelling partner, who has the insurmountable task of replacing the wonderful Magda, advertise their services to artists through their website. I have worked with Tom a few times in the past and he had asked me to create a new range of photographs for the site.

The French sculptor Auguste Rodin (1840-1917) features strongly in Tom’s modelling venture, which is even named after the artist. Some of the photographs are based on the spirit of Rodin sculptures (for some reason, Tom has never mentioned Rodin’s sketches and drawings), some are the models’ creations and some were conceived under my direction. Even though the photographs were made purely to show what the models can do and which poses they offer to artists, their intimacy and tenderness show.

The slide show below features a selection of images created during the photo session. Photographs feature nudity and are therefore intended for an adult audience.
