Hi Wolf Interesting. I've used all the versions of Quicken until they gave up in the Uk - and sent me a free copy of their final version of Quicken (which I assume must be Quicken 2004). Althought i'm still using Windows XP I've more or less stopped using Quicken itself because so much of my stuff is on line anyway - but I do miss the analysis you can carry out with Quicken. I wish there was an easy way to download on-line bank statements and so on into it - but I've not been able to find a way of doing it . If anyone does have any info on this - it would be much appreciated

Hi there.
I am a 19 year old Chinese female in South Africa and really want to do modelling. I have an open interview tomorrow and am very nervous, because I have no experience at all. I don't have a portfolio or even know what to expect! Any advice?
(P.S. I find your blog very helpful. Thank you for sharing. :])

Hello Wolf, I'm very pleased you like good shoes, and the shop! Many apologies for not offering coffee; we do only serve it in the morning, but I will make one especially for you when you next visit, whatever time of day. My Father (Geoffrey Bailey) has read your comments, he is semi-retired, although I have him working hard today as we are doing a refit. Sam has been with us a year now, and I am pleased she makes such a good impression...

Hi Simon

Thank you for your comment. Have I found all the pockets? You mean there are some hidden pockets that I am not likely to find and this bag really is bigger inside than out? Wow!

The bag will have its big field test next month in Paris. Can't wait to try it out properly.

I purchased a two man hide and had to return it because one of the zips was broken, in addition to this the fabric on the left hand side bottom was full of holes, after contacting the supplier a replacement was sent, this was OK in as far as the zips went but there was still damage to the fabric on the left hand side, the supplier contacted stealth and they said that it hadn't been drawn to their attention before and it was suggested I repair it myself with gaffer tape and they would refund me £15, I agreed because life is too short to keep sending things back and forth in the post. it is a shame that a hide that is so well designed is being spoiled due to what seems a cost cutting exercise and a quality control failure, in my opinion the zips should be heavy duty, and the rear window should have a flap on too to cut out the light and keep visible movement to a minimum, this is a well designed product and should the quality improve I and others wouldn't mind paying that bit extra Derek Eade Norfolk

Hi Heather,

yes, you are being scammed. It is known as an advance fee fraud. The cheque that you received will bounce. I would advise you to throw away the cheque (or hang it on your wall) and do not communicate any further with these people.

You could report it to the police but my guess is that they won't be particularly interested.
