Q: How sexist is Amazon? A: Very!

Presents for herI was visiting an electronics retailer’s website earlier today and noticed a link “presents for her”. Curious as to what these presents for her might be, I clicked on the link and found a not entirely unexpected selection of the usual pink kitsch and junk aimed at a teenage audience.

Naturally, I wondered if there were any presents for the grown-up woman and googled “presents for wives”.

According to Amazon UK (in the sponsored results of my Google search), wives want steam irons for Christmas that let her steam for three hours without refilling. How quaint!
