Spring, the season of love and new life, of new beginnings and renewed hope. The dark clouds of the winter have gone. Getting out your skimpy summer clothes and running barefoot through the tender new grass. The days grow longer. Now is the time to sit outdoors for a coffee or a meal.
The temperatures may not yet give the right impression but spring is upon us. The spring equinox (or vernal equinox or Ostara) on 20 March is the first day of spring. Day and night are approximately the same length.
I have always been drawn to the times of the year when one season changes into another and I would like to invite you to celebrate the arrival of spring with me.
