Tim Samuels is an award-winning investigative journalist and correspondent for BBC Television News, reporting for Newsnight and the main bulletins.

He has won two Royal Television Society Awards - Young Journalist of the Year and Best British News Story - and TV Journalist Of The Year at the Race In the Media Awards.

Tim has also been commended by Amnesty International and the New York Festivals for his human rights journalism.

More recently, he has been seen presenting documentaries on BBC television, such as the highly rated series Power to the People.
