Bespoke Portrait Photography by Wolf Kettler

How may I use the photos?

Photographs from a private commission may be used freely for private, personal purposes.

You may use the photos on your own, personal (not com-mercial) website. You may not, however, use the photos on your employer’s website or to promote any products, com-panies or services. If you have won the vegetable-grower-of-the-year award and need a photo for the local newspaper, you may use it for this purpose too, as long as you advise me beforehand.

If you are a freelance professional and need the photos for the promotion of your own services (e.g. on your website or in a brochure), please say so before you commission me. The same applies if you are the CEO of a large company and want to use the photographs in your company’s annual report or on your corporate website.

If you are a model, singer, actor or TV presenter, you may use the photos for your own, general self promotion. You must not, for instance, use the photos to promote a play or a documentary, etc., in which you appear.

You must not reproduce, publish, sell or trade the photos and you must not enter them into competitions. The copy-right of the photos always remains with the photographer.

All permitted publications of photographs (in print or on the web) must be accompanied by a credit for the photographer.

If you wish to use your photographs in a way not covered by this policy, please ask.
