My in-house produced A3 and A4 prints come in clear poly-ester sleeves. These archival quality sleeves are made from high quality materials, designed to protect your photo-graphs from fingerprints and other damage.
The print sleeves I use are the same as those used by museums and galleries.
Unless you mount your prints in frames or an album, you should keep them in these specialist sleeves. They are a very effective method of protecting them.
If your prints are not in print sleeves, always keep a clean sheet of paper between them.
If you require extra print sleeves, I can normally supply them from stock at a low price. Please ask.
Occasionally, photographic prints may appear to stick to the polyester sleeves - they do not. When prints are stored on top of each other (e.g. in the prints box), the weight pushes the air out of the sleeves, causing a vacuum inside the sleeves. Simply open up the print sleeve a little to allow some air in.
